Resource Management Assistant

Job description

As we grow as a company, here comes the opportunity to strengthen our Kosice Center team as part of Resource Management Group (RMG). The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and composing RMG related reports, enabling and facilitating effective resource utilization by maintaining the current status of resources and skills database for the company. The RMG Executive will communicate with delivery management, HR, recruitment, operations and customers and will report to local center head operationally and to corp. RMG manager functionally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement

  • Work with Delivery team to identify internal/client projects for resources on bench
  • Understand gaps and work with L&D to bridge the gaps for upskilling of employees

Redeployment SPOC

  • Maintain Pool List/Circulation of bench pool list
  • Secure & maintain relevant supporting documents for ramp-downs
  • Internal & Global Mobility SPOC for respective location
  • EDC Movement Mails to be sent for employees
  • Nominate /share pool employee for interview – Trainings/workshops/sessions with delivery
  • Constant interaction with bench Resources/ Deliver to ensure maximum
  • Utilization/deployment of resources
  • SAP update for internal movements


  • Circulate Weekly Non-Billable Report to Delivery and Senior Management
  • Circulate Weekly current Bench and future Resource Pool (future ramp down) Report
  • Internal Movement Tracker – Tracking ramp and ramp downs
  • Encouraging employees to update skills set in Ness E-city tool and track the data
  • Preparing Monthly Delivery Ops review PPT
  • Verifying RRF Ids are created in Talent Recruit tool and internal movements are closed with resource mapping

Resource Release

  • Initiate release of resource for whom delivery has confirmed that there are no suitable opportunities
  • Exit discussion with resources
  • Provide necessary support until exit

Job requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • English language skills – Upper intermediate (B2)
  • Planning and organization skills
  • True team-player with can-do attitude
  • Ability to connect with people and all departments; especially Corp. RMG and local delivery management, HR, RCR, customers
  • Reliable and organized
  • Stress-proof with true sense of accountability
  • Experience in MS office suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MIS Reporting • Overall a dynamic and enthusiastic individual

Considered a plus:

  • Work experience in Resource Management/ Staffing/Bench Management, RMG
  • Knowledge /Experience of working with tools for RMG/Recruitment
  • Preferred education in Human Resources / IT or related
