About the position

We need a strong individual in Kosice office who will help us to re-energies and resurrect the QA community in Perform. The reason is that they are multiple projects on the radar, which will require big focus on testing (CMS Separation regression, W&B, On-call process). There is a strong need and demand for someone who will Lead the QA inside Perform and will elevate the testing to the next level.

Salary info: Starting salary 1700 € gross depending on skills and experience + benefits. The final offer for the selected candidate will reflect the candidate´s comprehensive assessment, skills and past work experience.

Responisbilities

  • Regression Testing Project coordination for upcoming Separation project
    • Creating test coverage and test plan with members of the team
    • Design, build, and deploy effective test automation solutions
    • Creating test reports
    • Reporting to the management
  • QA Community/Working Group
    • Managing Slovak QA community
    • Cooperation with Global Perform QA community
  • Implementation of newest and common trends in Testing
    • AI orientation
    • Behavior Driven Development

Job requirements

  • Graduate in numerate discipline

  • Very good level of spoken and written English

Must have technical skills:

  • 5 or more years’ experience with Automated and Manual testing procedures
  • 5 or more years’ experience with Selenium WebDriver and API based testing
  • Experience with programming language and scripting (Python is preferable)
  • Understanding of Databases
  • Experience with managing the medium sized team
  • Strong analytical and technical thinking
  • Strong understanding of the software development cycle methodologies (AGILE)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Atlassian stack – Jira, Confluence, XRAY
  • Interest in innovations and the newest trends
