1. Work for a unique IoT client
Solar Turbines, a subsidiary of Caterpillar, is the most dynamically project in Ness KDC. It is a great experience and reference to work on sophisticated solutions in such a unique domain.

3. Solar is a dynamics
20 teams, new assignments and emerging projects do not create any space for stereotype. It’s great to know that the customer is satisfied with the quality of work we perform and so the new teams are created on continual basis.

4. Personal and career growth
The area of IoT requires usage of the latest versions of modern technologies and tools. Thanks to Ness support, I’ve got access to continual trainings. I like self-study and I attended many trainings. Two years in Solar team gave me a lot and got me closer to application architecture.

5. Dream business trips
California is a travelling dream. Meeting the colleagues at Solar office removes all the barriers. Experiencing nightlife in Vegas, trip to Grand Canyon or going out to San Diego streets with the colleagues or just to spend some time at sunny beach – it’s simply something amazing. The other destination is Novazzano, Switzerland. Business trips at Solar are wonderful 🙂

6. Great teamspirit
Turbines always go to the max. We’re a great team at Ness events, but we enjoy also our own lab-life. Bowling, karting, paintball, pool or just a drink in the downtown. We’re friends at and after the work 😀
